There are 3 sorts of doshas, that are Vata dosha, Pitta dosha and Kapha dosha. The doshas are the 3 primary energetic principles that regulate every physiological and psychological process in our body.

The Vata governs the principle of movement in an exceedingly human body and therefore it's thought to be the force that directs nerve impulses, circulation, respiration and elimination.

Going by Ayurveda, the fire and water parts mix to form the Pitta dosha. Pitta suggests that 'that that digest'. The Pitta dosha is that the process of transformation or metabolism, still as the reason for heat production within the body. It stimulates the intellect and kindles the capability for enthusiasm.

Finally, the water and earth parts mix to form the Kapha dosha. Kapha dosha is regarded to be answerable for growth, adding structure unit by unit. It basically provides support and substance to the body. The Kapha dosha additionally offers protection, as it is one among its main functions.

The ratios of those doshas vary in every individual; and because of this Ayurveda regards everyone as a special mixture that brings the range in kinsfolk. consistent with Ayurveda every body is special in his own means.
